    My best guess would be that next week will be the trough for VRC. Then a slow gradual increase of the SP will occur culminating in a 5c SP around April, then Trev can move on to his other projects after getting his initial performance rights and after having a comprehensive handover to Prashant. Purely a guess so probably won't happen but that is what my current plans are built around.
