Unlike avls performance related shares our are tied to an improving share price, so benefit all holders.
Whilst theirs are tied to a non core asset so only benefit management ...much to the chagrin of holders there.

Thanks, I guess I'm concerned that 0.25 options will not allow SP to run too far in advance of that price.
