1) all goes well, gets permits, builds pilot plant and is successful at scale. + 1 billion cap, possibly 5
2) pilot plant still 6 months away , 20c -30c
3) pilot plant delays, delays with epa permits. lower than today
from here it's all down to the execuction of building the plant and it working at scale
