Gotta agree with Gizard here. They are designing something that they have never designed before, to build something they have never built before, and house it in an area unfamiliar to exactly what they require.
Who knows, they might pull it off, but realism and optimism are two different fish.
These companies are not run like a construction site with deadlines and penalties, which is a shame actually.
As shareholders we should be able to hold the bearers of our investments accountable to such penalties.
