I think that is a bit of a pessimistic assumption. As I understand the pilot plant is focussed on demonstrating recovery of other REE for indium corp, they want to get generate cash flow.
The radio active component of the monazite would need to be managed accordingly but as I understand it occurs at low levels. U an Th are encountered in other mining operations in low quantities and seem to be managed appropriately, is there a reason why it can't in this application?
