No I believe that the buyer puts in an offer. and the seller places a bid, if the offer is acceptable.
I see the share price is at .086 cents with one offer (buy) willing to part with his hard earned at that price. The sellers (bids), are wanting higher prices.
In future I will type buyers/sellers, so much easier. I am surprised that the share price hasn't risen higher than .086, betting on .09 cents.
