My theory is the already pumped up Market Cap. Its $200M.... if this was a $50M MC co then it would run easy off this news. We need a really outstanding intercept (these are good - looking for something wowee) or for these announcements to keep expanding the resource bigger and bigger to eventually move the MC higher.
Its going in the right direction, Serbian deal is still an anchor point on a few different angles, but once that starts providing news into the company it will improve.
100% believe if the serbian deal didnt go ahead and AB was still in the big seat with all the money in the bank (none required to be siphoned off to Europe) this would be higher than what it is currently....
