Only thing I'd say about the perf right is this wasn't new; it was in the prospectus and wasn't hidden from Day1. Also I'm pretty sure Zeff along with some other individuals funded this project from their own pockets before Tesoro was created. Probably not millions of $ but worth noting. Also an MD having more ownership isn't a bad thing, more skin in the game will surely be a good incentive to deliver imo.
