With a 45 kg sample (3gm of final product), in a continuous process I bet the better proportion of these nanoparticles are hidden in the screws and cavities of the plant and never got to measurement stage. That would be the case for first run me thinks.
For 3gms levels much product is hidden in in the surfaces of the plant me thinks.
They allude to this in filter discussion.
Subsequent testing will minimize this.
