You are right that the Teck claw back has been well covered in other threads here.
...unless there is a lot of copper in the proposed extension to Hole 16 and any subsequent holes nearby before the spend is completed. Then Teck could have an hard decision to make to go to 70/30. Could they renegotiate for more time?
