The investor relations setup for AZS is not the best I have come across, [e.g. it is a waste of time if you want detailed answers to questions].... the answer regards Teck's window for response is what I posted above, however, if had wanted to be certain of the timing, the person I spoke to would have called me back after they had checked the info. I was happy with a general understanding of how the agreement is framed.
