it’s not up to me to understand disclosure responsibilities of public companies but I would have expected AVZ management to be fully aware. It appears they are only timely and competent with announcements if the announcements are positive!
I invested at a time when AVZ was well aware there were problems in the background and I would not have done so had they complied with their disclosure responsibilities
