I wouldn't mind a TO but the company who acquires AVZ would need to have some assurances that they will get the ML from the DRC government? Who would be willing to take that risk in the current circumstances? A Chinese company? What is AVZ's worth without a ML, after all the resource still belongs to the DRC? As you see, I have more questions than answers as a SH.
