    But it was from a review of historical info, and targeting these small obvious high grade areas you know you'll get a hit too. Simply more numbers supporting the potential that has already been realized.

    Doesn't change the need to drill as @moneyzone1 points out, to see if a resource is there.

    Seeking a Ministerial authorization implies the Native Title (NT) extortion negotiations may be at loggerheads. It demonstrates the risks in areas where NT is not determined and how it is so easy to stop activity under the Future Acts regime. For those unaware it means that either a current NT claim, or one that may be lodged in the future could be determined in favour of the claimants, and become law. You must operate and negotiate as if a claim has been determined in favour of the claimants until it either goes this way or is extinguished in court. Then its back to the start, change a few people on the claim, away we go. The other problem is the regime allows overlapping claims until court determination, so if you have consent from claimants, then another group can have a crack too.
