The thing that excites me most with LOM is the size of the stones being recovered from a relatively small tonnage (in the whole scheme of things) and the fact that they're being recovered in great numbers.
I'd be interested in seeing the distribution of diamonds >10ct because assuming they fit to some sort of a bell curve, I reckon we're missing the big one now. Previously 130 looked like an outlier, now it feels like we're missing the outlier. Would not be surprised to see something 250/300ct found this year - not that it's all about massive diamonds of course.
