Guys its just an algorithmic order. Both the 16c buy and the 59c sell orders were placed at the exact same time every day. Look at BHP. There are buy orders at $2 and $4. Obviously not legit. Program trading. Dont worry about it. Says to me someone is working the price for whatever reason. For over a month at 3:59:45 pm there were four sell orders always placed - each order being a 1/10th size of the preceding order. That has seemed to stop now. And now we get a beautiful 449,869 buy order placed at 23.5c right before close. Lets see what that does.
