Still curious how this dude can set a buy/sell outside the price collar. I have no issue with available trading funds in the account, the issue is defined by the trading platform which identifies potential spoof trades outside that collar.
Can anyone else (retail) set buys or sells outside the price collar (like under the 40% lower than the trade price like this guy?)
