Indeed sellers are few and far between, hartleys are still buying they bought the $100k at 9cents, just a few days ago, I picked up afew today at 8.5 today, was very happy to get a decent parcel there, didn't know if it would get filled.
I will continue buying more as I clear out more funds from other investments, they have to run it eventually they have too much money it, they will never get it out if they try to churn or dump, matter of time those flow rates were stellar market sleeping.
