    So basically, free money gone to CRL to remove the overhang + control of the CRL board.
    To top it off, we accrue 10% per annum interest for 2 years, making a profit of $315k from interest

    Also as mentioned, still got $2.4m in govt funding untouched + whatever we still have in our kitty
