i think that might have been an undercurrent to one of Shady's questions about the visual of the gold next to the pen. When did they have that and when did they make the placement.
Given they had raised a reasonable amount and they would have some infield results (not assays) you kind of think they would have waited for the assays.
I'm happy the company has a bucketload of cash and an exciting prospect at GG + RB is about to kick into a big exploration program. Other shareholders could probably feel a bit aggrieved that 50m shares were placed at 5c that probably could have been placed at 7c or 8c.
