Great announcement and highlights how mis-priced this thing is. MNS 300 mill market cap with Capex required of 269 mill US and opex of $559US. 559 not low by any measure. I think Scoping Study will show us "dramatically" lower on both. Now we need to close the gap in valuation. Let's hope management can articulate the story. They have been poor to date in doing this but I sense they might be getting their act together.
