Ann: Exceptional Graphite Results for Lithium-ion Battery Use, page-69

Hi @Utrade1234 this is the post I was refering to in my previous post which was moderated as unsubstantiated. So the theoretical maximum has been exceeded according to the statement in this post as far as my reading goes.
So as a general statement when a theoretical maximum is exceeded I can see two alternatives, either the test was wrong or the theory is wrong. Is there any other alternative or is my understanding incorrect.
