Obviously the product is sound, but the management is stubborn because last year pandemic inflated the price, and MT feels like he is at the top of the world, but he is in his bubble and need to be replaced. China/USA is already moving quickly to capitalize investment and progression. The word Vertically integrated is scary, when you think it could go both ways, just look at the price crash after the initial climb last week, it was the worst drop ever faced by TLG in a matter of 3-4days
