I'd suggest the very worse that can happen is the TZG give Nkata back to the company. The best thing is cash compensation. But I query why the share price isn't higher given the prospect of some or all of $95 million cash going to the company. I think the market is applying a risk-free discount to what actually gets paid.

TZ's new PM is a woman, so I'm sure there'll be natural empathy and understanding given the superior soft skills of the fairer sex.
