What following presenters say to differentiate themselves with previous presenters IS actually quite important, since they're all competing for the same limited amount of shareholder capital. Traditionally I've always thought shareholders shy away from litigation, particularly against Marxist sovereign governments but if you're going to be gutsy about it I say go for it.
