That was arguably the big prize. They should have been doing everything in their powers to do this and exhaust their resources so that it coincided with the expiry date. If you get bad news or poor results, well so be it. That's the risk investors take. Now it is obvious they are chasing the clock and most likely now will run out of time.
Not sour grapes at all as i have sold most of mine anyway, but looks like they have shit in their own nest as well as cost themselves some big money. It would also mean less CR's as this money goes into their kitty rather than ask the shareholder.
To me it is clear they are struggling to focus on one project,...let alone another 3 or 4.
