Fantasticresults from the maiden drill results here. Glencore's Murin Murin nearby runs at about 1.05% Ni & Co 800ppm, so thesePNT results of 14m @ 1.17% Nickel, 21m at 1.23% Nickeland 15m @ 0.99%, including 1m @ 3.44% and 2m at 3.01% are reallyoutstanding plus the high grade credits from Co which would standalone in grade - obviously volume unknown. With the Ni price close to itshighs these early results are hugely encouraging. Old drilling ceased around40/45m, and the mineralisation appears to start at 49/63mts, so its beenlargely missed in the old work.
The initial results also reflect significant high-grade cobaltintercepts, including 8m at 1,531ppm, which includes a 2m 2,305ppm intercept.These grades demonstrate further commercial upside, even without the nickelintercepts.
With reference to the initial estimate provided by Panther regarding theCoglia Exploration Target, attached below, today’s results are seen to besignificantly in excess of the grade range estimates for both Nickel andCobalt.
