Agree with your comments, I think if you factor in AISC (and capex for developers), alongside the EV/Oz metric, that helps to put things in perspective.
In this case, pre FS, we don't know what capex or AISC are, but its likely to be reasonably shallow open pits so I think capex and AISC will be about the average.
