I get my information from the dozens of scientific videos I have watched on the subject, there are many who could deliver this tech now, but are waiting until it is safe to do so, I know it is becoming safe to disclose and implement this new tech soon because of the tens of thousands of spiritual bloggers and content creators that are talking about this subject that claim to be getting the messages from our extraterrestrial families and friends guiding us back to the light, away from the false light.
