I mean, if they don't want the $60k p.a. to have a few meetings a year with some reading as homework.....
I'm sure we can find some other quality BODs who will want the best for the company and their resume/track record.
To be fair, Luke Cox seems quite a good CEO, switched on, experienced, and passionate. - It's the Board who are the concern and I think they made his job somewhat more complicated and difficult, especially with some of them being large holders and at the same time his Boss.
