For Glenn Whiddon he owns shares in his own name but also in the names of 6466 Investments Pty Ltd, Getmeoutofhere Pty Ltd and Nautical Holdings WA Pty Ltd, totalling 27.92m CRS shares giving him 8.24% of the Caprice registry. As far as I can tell Scott Deakin's shareholding in Caprice (in his own name) has not changed, with him holding 3.55% of the registry.
Also Glenn Whiddon is well placed to increase his holdings (or average down his outlay per share) as at the beginning of December he held 8.375m oppies at $0.03 a pop exercisable before January 2027. I'm guessing SD also holds a bunch of oppies but cannot see an up to date number stated anywhere.
I got myself tangled up there a bit but the bottom line is a couple of the directors have some exposure to the company - which is good - but there is no dominant holder and most of the top 20 look like retail.
