That binding agreement has been worked on for 3 years re graphite - why don't they give us something bloody binding - talk talk talk.
Anyway we will get it all again soon in quarterly. 12 months time will be looking great so plenty of buy opportunities along the way and market knows this. If Mutharika issues a large scale mining license as he keeps saying I would expect a nice bounce on confidence - this ann is not price sensitive - just promoting.
