I held the same opinion as you the first time this happened, but when it happens like clockwork with precise timing prior to every somewhat significant announcement you'd be a fool to think its not the case. "There's no proof nor concrete evidence" is the exact reasoning why this happens, easy to get away with unfortunately. It sucks for the short term price action just have to hold this one out IMO
