Well I always said I'd save this for an exceptional day, and what better of a day. A tribute to the man who will likely be the 2023 Australia Explorer of the Year!
I smoked this one out tonight for all the bad faith actors who have tried to down-play these amazing results by discrediting the CEO of our company. This is the result of smart geological mapping and reconnaissance, followed up with a well-designed drilling campaign when you're backed by a world player, SQM.
Alas, I couldn't have predicted a second fault, and the displacement of pegmatites between them but I nailed AP12 because I LISTENED to what the company was telling me. Tony spoke, and I listened. However I couldn't have foreseen the monster that is AP11. 105 metres of white gold - that's the kind of results mid-tier explorers would kill for when they aren't drilling down-dip of their pegmatites.
They've only drilled out 800m of strike so far (including ANDD0199)
Structurally very complex around the faults. More than happy to move away from those
ANDD0199 intercept is almost certainly AP11 - near perfect alignment with the projection of AP11 pegmatites
Zonation of mineralisation will be an ongoing concern
Beautiful spodumene textures but fine-grained will require DMS + floatation
Happy to ascribe a 35-45 Mt exploration target based on current drilling. Tony, we're gonna need a bigger boat!
