Apologies if I caused any confusion. Basically I was referring to the option whereby Creasy's interest is divested back to AZS sometime before the FID thereby giving AZS 100% ownership of the Andover project. Clearly this would be the best outcome for AZS and all shareholders regarding company valuation. When asked by the interviewer about what might be done in the future with Creasy group's current 40% holding, from about 20:12 to 20:20 in the video Anthony mentions he has had discussions with Creasy where one of the options discussed was Creasy group rolling over their 40% holding back into AZS which will give 100% ownership of Andover project to AZS (ie. a divesting out of Creasy's 40% holding in AZS). Sounds sought of like a buy back of Creasy's 40% holding. This is obviously just one of the options discussed and may never occur, but at least we know it has been discussed.
