"there are many ways in which shareholdings can vary:

- Offers by third parties etc.
- Government regulation etc."
Really? You think Creasy Group will give up their 48% Andover project interest for what you stated above?
The pump crew here are just amazing if you think that.
Ok i am done here, the things I read here is just bonkers - the ownership structure does not interest me because of the following...
So lets work out what retails really own of Andover...its a minority ownership.
- First up Creasy Group takes 40% of all lithium at Andover leaving AZS as a company holding just 60%.
- Secondly Creasy Group owns 13% of AZS so that means Creasy owns another 8% of the 60% taking Creasy Group effective ownership of all Andover Lithium to 48%
- Thirdly, SQM already owns 20% of AZS so effectively SQM owns 12% of the Andover Lithium
- Lastly Delphi owns 12% of AZS so effectively its 7.3% of Andover Lithium
Combined this is what the lithium ownership structure currently sits:
- Creasy Group owns 48% of Andover Lithium
- SQM owns 12% of Andover Lithium
- Delphi owns 7% of Andover Lithium
- Rest of retails and management owns less than 33% of Andover Lithium
