What Tony should have done would be to say to Creasy - at each set exploration spend milestone, AZS gets to claw back 10% or 15% of Andover Project ownership.

Even if it said spend $50mil and AZS gets to claw back 15% from your 40% - that would be something that removes this ownership debacle and this sp would be to the moon imo

Where is such agreement structure?

It is just insane the more the more company's shareholders spend the less you will end up owning through dilution as its a one way traffic of ownership % reduction

No matter what way you dice and slice it its still a dud structure in its present form.

Agreed -the one thing that has held me back with this stock. Of course will still be a great investment -just not as one would like with Creasy holding so much equity.
