I know a lot of investors that have half their options back will disagree with what I'm about to say but I think these options aren't necessary. In the best interests of the company going forward, further dilution of the share price is unnecessary. The way the diamond finds are going at the moment, the company seems to be self sufficient in funding due to these finds, and the options will just dilute the share price... It was a great gesture by the company to reward long term option holders but IMO the best way forward was not to do it...
