It seems in all of the current Silica plays on ASX, the transport costs are reasonably commensurate at $15 - $20/tonne, whether road, rail, barge or combinations of the methods (except MLM where transport estimates not quoted but ship loading facility is on MLM exploration tenement so is menial, less shipping). It's not a secret or hidden cost.

Notwithstanding transport costs, most of these listed guys have deposits containing considerable quantities of ore quality that may be profitable as a DSO (at the $50/tonne lower end estimates) and each has opportunity to value add to the insitu grades with screening / attrition circuits (at $15-$25/tonne).

Silica price is not retracting as demand for Flat and Bottle grade silica continues ( Photo voltaic glass demands are growing at greater rate and Poly-Si for PVs expanding also) and new supplies are not meeting growth (yet) so most ASX plays are demonstrating in present FS that silica is a worthwhile venture in Australia.

Who is closest at selling the purest with the mostest with transport closest?? PEC, VRX ASQ, DRX or MLM???

It doesn't matter....they're all going to win at current SiO2 prices
