Think everyone is a little cautious as to whether CATL is going to close its Jianxiawo mine. Now that CNY is officially over there should be some confirmation in the coming week as to whether this is true. The recent pump on speculation was nice but people tend to try and lock in profit if the news starts to drag out.

We all knew these prices weren't sustainable to make profit and Lepidolite is even worse. If this mine closes thats 3% of the global supply wiped in an instant. I would say a sustained run would unfold for at least a few months, till the Li price got to a point where they would open the mine once more.
Could be a nice breather, as we wait for EV sales to continue rising.
