Not a lot - these unquoted securities have been around for a while & anyone buying CEL in the last 12 months or so should have been well aware of their existence if they had done their research. If they were aware of them & were worried, then they shouldn't have bought the stock

You can't complain about noise after you buy a house sitting under a flight path. But having done your research, you don't buy that house - ditto CEL if you don't like the unquoted securities. Lots of exploration companies are "burdened" with such securities as in many cases it's the only way to reward the senior management, Some companies are too generous, but I think in CEL's case we are seeing that the senior management are doing a fabulous job
