Just happy he's presenting. Not only does the message need to be got out for small caps. those holding need to fully understand the story. Now I'm not in for a minute saying long-term holders don't. I think there has been a more recent rush into it on say Harley's Buy recommendation. Deep understanding of a stock is built like layers on an onion. That is very important because:

1. it insulates the holder from knee-jerk reactions from poorly understood short-term news.
2. it allows one to build a sizeable holding (bet) in something that may be say a three-bagger (from here). There will be a raise for plant build say.

Those comments were confirmed to me, when I spoke to a legendary stock picker, from a fund manager a decade ago, who has since gone private. Wasn't I happy to see Joe Bishop from RCF as one of the three non-staff attendees at the last AGM bringing those ideas to life.

PS. I had seen him before at another AGM form a Cu developer, treated with respect by management, but I didn't recognize who he was.
