Mike has previously said that finance, in particular a large chunk of debt, will be used in mine development. Payback on debt at these current prices is very compelling. However, no PFS, no negotiations to start the ball rolling on finance. So, in my view, very important. PFS should also examine any technical aspects which might need to be considered. Permitting is underway and although its a long way off being finalised, NWC need to get the PFS out and work out where the cash is coming from to build this little gem.
