OAU not necessarily to have plants or produce to actually re-rate. if the discovery extend further out 1km+ of its tenements.
At shallow hit, chance for other options can be consider JV / sale off the project with proven JORC.
Then available fund can be used to develop other part tenements. many small companies do the same.
take instance PSC.... i used to buy it at MC < 20mil couple years back. sold of its Li project @MC=700mil+ with hectic dividen to SH.
