So a junket? Maybe. I am thinking the big question that would warrant a visit would be considering what if any merger proposal or structure the board and big holders would all support. I am not trying to talk up a merger I think the most upside for me would be for SPR to go it alone. Seems to me SPR is well placed to go it alone … I suspect Delphi will take a long view based on past behaviour… but maybe Tembo want to take their profit sooner rather than later. In which case maybe talks with potential buyers of Tembo’s stake?
