There are different types of cashflow
(OPCF) Operating Cash Flow is Gold Price Achieved - (AISC) All In Sustaining Cost
(FCF) Free Cash Flow is Gold Price Achieved - (CAIC) Corporate All In Costs which include growth capital, PPE and corporate costs.
or (AIC) includes growth capex and PPE but usually not all the corporate costs.

That's where it can get confusing. Some miners state FCF as Gold Price Achieved - CAIC whilst others use AIC instead of CAIC.

Agree on OBM, it looks expensive using multiple metrics. It appears that a large amount of OBM SP bloat is caused by the management premium.
Lot's more operational risk mining their narrow-veined ore bodies.
