I thought most tin was used in the electronics industry so was quite surprised at both the depth and speed of the drop. Are we expecting
electronics production to like halve???
That being said it appears China controls a lot of production and they are well known for creating fake price spikes to damage external end users of the commodities and then oversupply to stuff up producers (e.g. like in REE s10 years or so ago).
IMHO with the lower prices strip ratio will become important for Tallebung. The sorting was a nice development thought. Doradilla is still dependant on the metallurgy, and we still have not seen any external evidence of a economic process.
