    i think brokers dumped in the 4's as they know a CR is coming - why hold there when they know whats coming, and can participate at a lower price

    i think the only way we re rate is to get it out the way, too much overhang waiting - i will probably get told i am a broken record by some, but prove me wrong, we wont go to 5, 10c until its done and dusted, and clear up the messy register at the moment
