yeah the capping at 4c still puzzles me a little bit, some theories towards last raise's investors getting out, but also could be a whole host of other things.. not sure what to make of it considering that there hasn't been a substantial buy-back just yet.
maybe waiting until there is more certainty, or until another raise?
the day of the announcement, there was a buy for 3mil units, and quick sale, may have just been a day trader. not sure
