Remarkable results, grade + thickness + from surface + lateral extent, puts it right up there.
However metallurgy is the key to economics of any ore body - and more so with a clay hosted REE ore body. After that comes impurities, and not just the ones which cant be removed, but the ones which stay in the waste sludge. Try disposing of tons of waste containing U and Th.
Reading the ann carefully TAR has addressed both those issues, but by necessity it is far too early to be final on the outcome.
All in all I'm giving it 65% confidence of a successful mineable deposit.
Out of REEs, I lost on Lynas (years and years ago) made coin on REE and a heap on DM1 - this one I bought today to take forward as far as I can.

@setfire2thehive - you have already been tagged once, but I'll do it again. And ask what do you make of the term 'dilute agua regia' - my thoughts are that AR must be concentrated when the 2 acids react to form something really nasty! If not conc. its not AR. ?? Cheers.
